● The heater coil makes surface contact with the heated body, significantly improving thermal efficiency. ● The nichrome wire inside the heater sheath is processed into a spiral shape using a unique method, greatly increasing the heat generation per unit length of the sheath. ● The coil pitch (tightness and winding density) can be freely adjusted according to heating conditions. ● A non-heating zone is provided at the connection between the heater and the lead wire, eliminating heating issues at the connection point. ● If a thermocouple (J or K) is built-in, the temperature measurement position can be customized upon request (sensor cannot be built-in for 2.0×3.0mm only).
